Log - Day 5
Fri 17th April 2026 Had a terrible night sleep last night, I was still awake at 1 am. I think it was and I’m suffering today for it. brain just wouldn’t switch off. There’s an Accounts Payable project that we’re working on at the moment, onboarding them to ServiceNow, one my colleagues realised there’s gonna be an issue with the user accounts they want to import there’s gonna be some duplications for some of the accounts already exist. We’re gonna have to wait and see what happens with that because we don’t want duplicates but we want tickets to log via what’s called an inbound action which will include the email of the sender in that inbound action and that’s kind of core to the whole thing basically so we’re gonna have to come up with a battle plan to find out what’s going on with that.
